Pioneer Works Supper Club is a dinner series created to celebrate local chefs and serve as a community gathering around an original dining experience.
This special edition of Supper Club features Daniela Soto-Innes, Chef/Partner at ATLA and Cosme. The night will begin with a reception hosted in the Garden. Dinner will be held in the Main Hall, accompanied by live music from Oli Chang of Animal Feelings and additional surprises throughout the evening—an experience not to be missed.
Daniela Soto-Innes is the chef/partner of Cosme and ATLA in New York City. In 2014, she opened Cosme as Chef de Cuisine and soon after was named the James Beard Rising Star Chef of the Year. In 2017, she was included in Forbes Magazine’s 30 Under 30: Food & Drink list, and in 2018, Cosme made the 25th ranking on the prestigious World’s 50 Best Restaurants list. In 2019, she was nominated for a James Beard Award for Best Chef: NYC and was named Best Female Chef by World’s 50 Best Restaurants.
Prior to joining Cosme, Daniela graduated from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Austin, Texas and held positions at Brennan’s and Underbelly in Houston. She believes that the simplest food can inspire the most imagination and makes her dishes meaningful by “finding the secret life in each ingredient.”
